In episode five, our Editor speaks to Jaclyn Bowen, the Executive Director of Clean Label Project about food and beverage labelling concerns, trends, regulation and innovations.
Bowen is a member of the New Food advisory board and will be speaking at Food Integrity 2020 as part of a panel focusing on label concerns within the food and beverage industry. The session will take place on day one of the two-day conference. She will be joined by Keith Wesnes, Owner of Wesnes Cognition, and Paul Isherwood, Head of Technical and Quality at The SHS Group Drinks Division. The session will be moderated by Arun Chauhan, Specialist Fraud Lawyer and Founder of Tenet Compliance and Litigation.
