We ask top representatives of the food and beverage industry what food safety concern keeps them awake at night – watch what they had to say in our GFSI vox pop.
GFSI 2022 was a chance for some of the greatest minds in food safety to once again meet in person and share wisdom, experiences and lessons from the past two years.
The conference in Barcelona, Spain encouraged progress and excellence in food safety, and also acted as a call to action for an industry which must deal with increasingly tougher challenges over the next decade or so.
As pressing as those future challenges are, we wanted to know the biggest concerns some of the food industry’s best and brightest have right now.
