Supermarket giant Tesco is recalling a certain type of its stuffing mix due to a “possible presence of moths”.
Popular UK retailer Tesco is recalling its Tesco Finest Apple & Cranberry Stuffing Mix, stating there is a possibility the product contains moths.
New Food frequently reports on food and beverage recalls across the world, and occasionally products are taken off shelves due to the presence of foreign objects.
Just last week, Mars Wrigley UK announced that it was recalling various Revels chocolate products as they may contain pieces of small rubber.
Now, Tesco is urging consumers to not consume the stuffing mix if they have purchased it and has issued a recall notice to its customers to explain why the product is being recalled.
The product comes in a pack size of 130g and has a best before date of September 2024.
Those that has purchased the “Finest Apple & Cranberry Stuffing Mix” can return it to the store it was purchased from for a full refund.
