Significant innovations in belting systems for meat processing will be presented by Ammeraal Beltech at this year’s IFFA in Frankfurt, May 7-12. On Stand E68 in hall 9.1, the Ammeraal Beltech team will be ready to show visitors features of particular relevance for meat processing, as well as their globally-established range of belting solutions for foods.
Safe and clean
The Soliflex PRO self-tracking belt range has been extended to offer a broader choice of options in terms of food safety, hygiene, and cleanability. The leading-edge range has been developed in line with Ammeraal Beltech’s ‘SAFE AND CLEAN’ concept, dedicated to meeting the highest international standards of protection for food items on processing lines.
Pin less belt structure
On the same principle, the uni ECB easy-clean modular belt has been created in close co-operation with slaughterhouses for meat processing. It is a pin less belt, manufactured to the company’s patented uni Snap Link® design.
Non-fray fabric belts
New Premium Ropanyl non-fray TPU-coated fabric belts, also compliant with European and FDA standards, offer optimal release characteristics, high stability, and easy cleaning.
One-stop belt shop
As well as these innovations, Ammeraal Beltech will showcase its ‘One-Stop-Belt Shop’ approach to serving the meat industry and solving its application-specific belting problems; and key management and sales staff will be present on the IFFA stand to discuss visitors’ priority topics. www.ammeraalbeltech.com.
