Food Processing Faraday to merge with Quotec

We are pleased to announce that Food Processing Faraday Partnership Limited is to merge with Quotec Limited. The combined company will continue to serve all the existing clients and markets of both companies, but with the added benefit of a wider pool of expertise and stronger financial backing.

Food Processing Faraday was started in 2001 to support the food processing industry, especially in technology transfer and technology commercialisation. Quotec was started in 1984 and has similar aims, but in the materials and health industries. The two companies work in very similar ways with a strong focus on quality and value for clients.

“This merger makes the most of the skills and expertise of both companies, and gives us a stable platform to build for the future” commented Alan Hickman, Quotec Managing Director. “There will be many more opportunities as a result of this merger, and everyone is looking forward to what we can do together” added Ian Blakemore, Director of the Faraday. “So this is very much business as usual with great potential for the future”.
