The demand for complete meal kits delivered straight to your door has never been higher. Lockdowns, working from home and a drive to improve health have all seen subscriptions sky rocket.

While these services may be a simple concept for the consumer, the meal kit company’s supply chain involves thousands of rapidly changing ingredients – meat, fish, vegetables, grains, herbs, spices and more – and controlling these from a food safety perspective becomes increasingly difficult.
