Kerry Ingredients & Flavours exhibits taste capabilities at CFIA Rennes

Kerry Ingredients & Flavours is showcasing its Herb Reductions® at this year’s CFIA, with four of the fifteen flavours in the range available to taste on the stand.

With “Authentic fresh from the garden flavour profiles,” Herb Reductions® are intensely flavoured, natural products created by infusing oils with fresh herbs, spices or vegetables. Kerry’s innovative processing technology facilitates the capture of maximum flavour.

With a simple ingredient declaration (example: vegetable oil, basil) and a shelf life of up to 12 months they are ideal for delivering intense, fresh tastes in a wide variety of applications including salads, pasta, breads and ready meals, as well as sauces and dressings.
