Kerry Ingredients & Flavours is showcasing its Herb Reductions® at this year’s CFIA, with four of the fifteen flavours in the range available to taste on the stand.
With a simple ingredient declaration (example: vegetable oil, basil) and a shelf life of up to 12 months they are ideal for delivering intense, fresh tastes in a wide variety of applications including salads, pasta, breads and ready meals, as well as sauces and dressings.
“Today’s consumers have incredibly high expectations of the food products they buy,” explains John Bedford, R&D Director Culinary Systems & Flavours of Kerry Ingredients & Flavours. “They expect trusted, recognisable ingredients on the label with absolutely no compromise on taste. This creates a huge challenge to food manufacturers in today’s environment of reformulation and reduction.”
