Piet Boer will succeed Kees Wantenaar as Chairman on 14 December 2011
Piet Boer has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board of Zuivelcoöperatie FrieslandCampina U.A. and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Koninklijke FrieslandCampina N.V. Piet Boer will succeed the current Chairman of the Board and the Supervisory Board, Kees Wantenaar, on 14 December 2011.
Kees Wantenaar is retiring in accordance with the Articles of Association and is not eligible for reappointment. Piet Boer has been Vice-chairman of the Board and Supervisory Board since 2010. He has a dairy farming business in Biddinghuizen (the Netherlands).
Kees Wantenaar has been Chairman of the Board and the Supervisory Board of FrieslandCampina since the merger between Friesland Foods and Campina on 31 December 2008 and has a dairy farming business in Soest (the Netherlands).
