Diageo has been ranked 11th among the top 25 best multinational workplaces…
Diageo announced today that it has been ranked 11th among the top 25 best multinational workplaces by the Great Place to Work Institute. The Great Place to Work Institute unveiled its first-ever ranking of the top 25 best multinational workplaces at a ceremony last night in New York.
“This achievement is only possible thanks to the thousands of talented and inspirational employees who are so committed to the performance and reputation of our company and who collectively ensure Diageo is a great place to work,” said Gareth Williams, director of Human Resources for Diageo.
Diageo has received the Great Place to Work distinction in 13 markets where it does business, including Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Central America, Colombia, Ireland, Mexico, Portugal, The Netherlands, United Kingdom, Uruguay and Venezuela.
The World’s Best Multinational Workplaces List is the first-ever ranking of the top 25 best workplaces that are determined through the lens of the company employees.
Qualifying companies must have appeared on at least five national Great Place to Work lists, have at least 5,000 employees worldwide, and at least 40 percent (or 5,000 employees) of their global workforce must work outside of the company’s home country.
