The global meat company Tyson Foods has garnered the expertise of five panelists from across the healthcare spectrum to publish a guidance report for the food industry.
A new report from Cambridge-based IDTechEx has identified the world’s top five cultured meat companies. Here, New Food outlines their efforts to produce ‘green’ and ethical meat products that could potentially revolutionise the food industry.
The move, intended to prevent shortages and disruptions to the supply chain, comes as approximately 3,300 US meat plant workers have tested positive for the virus and 20 have died.
