In a fast-moving world where consumer needs, demands, and expectations change constantly, it’s critical that Food and Beverage (F&B) manufacturers remain innovative and flexible, adapting better processes to help them to deliver quality, safe, and compliant products while still getting to market quickly.
But delivering quality F&B products is complex, often filled with challenges that can slow down or even halt manufacturing. So, what can manufacturers do to stay ahead of the curve, and where do they start?
In this session, join Brandon Henning, Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer at STARLIMS, Lee Reece, Global Food Safety and Quality Improvement Manager, The Kraft Heinz Company and Adeniyi Odugbemi, Global Director of Food Safety, ADM as they discuss current F&B trends, how changing consumer demands have impacted manufacturing operations and how manufacturers can use informatics technology to help them to improve efficiencies, accelerate innovation to New Product Introduction (NPI) and get to market faster.
Key learnings:
- Learn how industry experts are optimising operations while adapting to market changes
- Understand the technology that supports these initiatives
- Uncover best practices for your organisation to put into action.
