Pesticide residues in food can cause a number of adverse health effects. Using GCxGC-TOFMS, you can determine exactly what residues are in your food. This Application Note by LECO experts describes a workflow for the detection and quantitation of targeted pesticides in peeled tomatoes, however, this workflow can be applied to a variety of foods and feeds.
