The Mycotoxin Training Hub, based at Cranfield University, UK, provides tailored training and research opportunities to tackle specific mycotoxin challenges faced by the agrifood industry in the UK and worldwide. The Hub is launching its first course on aflatoxin management in peanuts based on their recent research project: NutriNuts, targeted to support the Ethiopian supply chain to reduce mycotoxin contamination in peanuts.
