Our range of benchtop NMR MQC analysers are used for fast, easy, solvent-free measurement of oil, fat and moisture. They are ideal for determining the oil content of oilseeds, snack foods, olives, animal and fish feeds; for measuring the fat content of a wide variety of processed foodstuffs; and for making Solid Fat Content (SFC) measurements in chocolate, margarine and other foods.
