Declan joined Finnebrogue Artisan in 2014 as technical director. He has spent 20 years working in the food business for Marks and Spencer, Tesco Ireland, Genesis Crafty and now Finnebrogue. Declan leads a team of technologists and ensures the firm is at the forefront of market innovation, delivering high quality food day after day. Declan is current Chair of IFST’s Northern Ireland Branch.
