Dominic is a recognised expert on food law, the Head of DWF’s internationally renowned food sector team as well as Head of Regulatory in London. His day to day work is focussed on helping household names manage regulatory compliance issues to maximise commercial opportunity and managing crisis situations and defence of regulatory prosecutions. Dominic is passionate about the Food sector and has been on secondment to a range of household names including Danone, M&S, Sainsbury’s and Tesco during his career. He has been published in many leading sector journals and appeared on BBC radio discussing a range of issues. Dominic regularly speaks at conferences throughout the UK as well as in Europe and North America, particularly on food law issues.
